In a hydraulic thread rolling machine, a closed-loop hydraulic circuit drives the die roll carrier, applying precise and consistent radial pressure to the workpiece. The hydraulic system continuously adjusts force based on feedback — producing identical thread dimensions on every part, regardless of minor material hardness variations.
