Hardev Hydraulics' machines use a fully hydraulic drive system controlled by a precision PLC. The closed-loop hydraulic power unit (HPU) maintains constant forming force regardless of workpiece dimensional variation — unlike mechanical stop systems that require manual adjustment as blank diameters vary.
The PLC monitors hydraulic pressure in real time and adjusts the infeed stroke to maintain the set forming force. This means consistent thread pitch diameter across an entire batch — even if your blanks vary by ±0.05 mm in diameter. For Ludhiana's high-volume fastener plants, this translates to fewer rejects and less operator intervention.
All hydraulic machines manufactured in our Industrial Area Phase-2 factory, Ludhiana. PLC panel, hydraulic power unit and die roll arbors are all made in-house.
